The Oakmont Subdivision, consisting of 176 single family homes, is located on the NE corner of Midland Blvd and Iowa Ave in SW Nampa, Idaho.
Oakmont has approximately 3 acres of common area; complete with playground equipment and swings for its community members to use and enjoy.
The Oakmont Neighborhood Association was incorporated on September 19th, 1994 to provide a vehicle for the home owners to maintain the Neighborhood Common Areas and insure that the various Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions are adhered to by the property owners for the good of all.
This website is provided as a service to the property owners and residents of the Oakmont Subdivision, by the Oakmont Neighborhood Association, Inc,, as a vehicle to convey information and announcements, and to provide a convenient way for property owners and residents to communicate with the association's board of directors. |
