The Oakmont Subdivision, consisting of 176 single family homes, is located on the NE corner of Midland Blvd and Iowa St in SW Nampa.
The Oakmont Neighborhood Association was incorporated shortly after the subdivision was established to provide a vehicle for the home owners to maintain the Neighborhood Common Areas and insure that the various Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions are adhere to by the property owners for the good of all.
This website is provided as a service to the property owners and residents of the Oakmont Subdivision, by the Oakmont Neighborhood Association, Inc,, as a vehicle to convey information and announcements, and to provide a convenient way for property owners and resident to communicate with the association board of directors.
