In order to ensure that our neighborhood is safe and presentable to both residents and guests, the board will begin more necessary enforcement of CCR violations.
Please take special note of the issues listed below:
- Sidewalks must be clear and passable (trashcans removed after trash day, sidewalks cleared of snow, and other obstacles).
- Landscaping must always look nice and inviting (i.e., lawn mowed regularly, bushes etc. trimmed appropriately, no trash in yards).
- Outside lights (front yard or porch light) must be on dusk to dawn each night.
- No parking on streets for extended periods of time.
- Speed limit within Oakmont is 15 MPH.
It is imperative that we all contribute to ensure our neighborhood is the best that it can possibly be.

Unless paid prior to March 1, 2012, the full due amount is $184.00, unless prior arrangements have been made with the board.
Any delinquent dues owed after May 1, 2012 from this year or any previous years dues will be sent to collections with liens being placed on homes.

Please know that we will be holding our annual Home Owners Association meeting on the evening of Tuesday, January 31st, 2012 at 7:00PM in the Iowa Elementary cafeteria just up the road.
The main entrance will be locked, but please enter through the side door (east entrance). Cookies and refreshments will be served.
We expect everyone within the community to attend. It is important that you come and make your voice heard. We will be electing new board members and giving people a chance to speak their peace and have input about Oakmont. We challenge each and every one of you to attend to help make Oakmont the best neighborhood we possibly can.
This year, we will also have a short suggestion submission session, where members of the community will have the opportunity to share what they would like to see in the neighbor in the coming year.
