ABRIDGED DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR WESTBURY SUBDIVISION

ARTICLE 6 - BUFFERS, NATURAL AREA AND CONSERVATION

Section 1. 

Undisturbed Buffer.

There is reserved and created, an undisturbed buffer across the rear 25 feet of Lots 20 and 21, Block B; and Lots 12-31, Block C, as shown on the plat of Westbury, recorded or to be recorded in the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, as further described in Exhibit "B".

Section 2. 

Natural Area.

There is hereby reserved and created a perpetual easement for a natural area, over and across the property described in Exhibit "Co.

Section 3. 

Conservation Easement.

  There is hereby reserved and created a perpetual conservation easement over and across the property described in Exhibit "D".
