shall be re-subdivided. This provision shall not, however, be construed
to
prohibit any Owner from conveying any part of his Lot to the Owner of an
adjacent Lot, provided that the Declarant has approved such conveyance
in
writing. Such approval shall be in the sole discretion of the Declarant.
